Rounding error for weather data from Weather Underground Personal Weather Station (PWS)

Description

Following the forum thread "Release-Weather Underground" in Weather Add-ons and input from Team Kodi member ronie, I like to point to a problem with data retreived from Weather Underground and displaying that data in Kodi Weaher. Weather Underground (WU) has localized data which seems to be summited with rounded figures. WU also has many Personal Weather Stations (PWS) that summit data to WU and can be retreived and used in WU Kodi Add-on. I myself have such a PWS and set up KODI WU Add-on to display that. When data is renewed in the add-on Kodi briefly displays the data with one decimal digit (as data is supplied by WU?) and than settles the screen with a whole number without decimals. However rounding is done wrong. E.g. 9.8°C is displayed as 9°C instead of 10°C. So the question is: Can Kodi code be altered so rounding is done as should be to standard rounding rules? Or better yet: Can rounding be omitted entirely and can this data be displayed as it is supplied from WU (and maybe other weather services) for the entire time as it is for a brief period of time when data is refreshed?

Thank you for your kind help and support.

With kind regards,

Frank Willems
