Allow scripts to add additional context items in library & file views

This would allow scripts to add items to the context menu in XBMC's list items. Not inside of the script, but in XBMC's normal lists (like the ones in library mode, file mode, now playing, etc)
This would enable greater integration of scripts into xbmc. An example of a script that could use this is a clone of iTune's Genius feature. The script would enable a context menu for music items in the now playing section so you could generate the "Genius" playlist.
Another example could be the Home Theatre Plugin... instead of re-listing all the library items, there could be a context menu item "Play as Home Theatre" or "Play with Trailers"
To prevent the context menu from being overwhelming large, maybe items added by scripts could go into a sub-context menu, under the heading "More...". I imagine this being like the "Play Using..." where another smaller context menu pops up.
