This also hits Eden running on Linux on ATV1. (I'm running Crystalbuntu if that matters.) Ironically in the ATV1 case, when the script doesn't fail, the cpu gets pegged at 100% utilization. When the script fails, the cpu utilization is very low, 2-5% at the home screen with dirty regions algo 1.

I happened to find this with a custom script that would record the cpu and some other information 5 minutes after a reboot, and then reboot if cpu was greater than 60. The script would reboot the ATV about 15-20 times in a row, then it would be good. After doing this for the better part of a day, I was able to correlate it to the script.common.plugin.cache plugin failing.

I then configured that plugin not to auto start on Xbmc start-up and I was good. This plugin gets installed as a dependency for the Youtube video plugin.

no other problem found on the forum concerning this using Eden or pre-Frodo so this can be closed.

Need more info like a full debuglog and have you tried with lastest builds?

joshs85 you experience this issue with current nightly builds really? We know that it is in eden - but we won't release an eden bugfix release. We focus on frodo and fordo bugfix releases - so its important if its fixed in current nightlies.

I will check this with Frodo and get back to you with debug logs if its still a problem.

6 weeks no reply. Is this still valid?

Sorry for the long delay.. I can confirm this is still a problem on OSX with RC2 of 12. It seems to only happen if you have BackRow installed.
